Environmentalists and Native Americans can proceed with lawsuits challenging Trump’s approval of Keystone XL oil pipeline from Canada, federal judge ruled. In separate ruling, judge said Rosebud Sioux and Fort Belknap Indian tribes had valid claims that approval of the line violated treaty rights.
