South Africa will start to tax sugary drinks next year, which could have an impact on $5 million worth of U.S. beverage exports...latest country to have slapped taxes on sugar-sweetened drinks in a bid to reduce consumption and slow an increase in health epidemics such as diabetes and obesity.
